Most job boards match on words. Your CV says "marketing", the posting says "marketing", so it's shown to you — along with a thousand other people and a pile of roles that aren't remotely right. That's dumb matching, and it's exhausting. Rodeo doesn't do that. ## It reads the job, then thinks about you Your agent goes through postings the way you would if you had infinite time and patience.
