When you publish the rota, your workforce will receive a notification telling them work is available. They then apply and you review who you want. All worker comms are in they app and everyone has full visibility at all times.
For businesses who engage a self-employed workforce, scheduling can be linked up with payments for a seamless end-to-end experience.

Set when you need people, what the pay is and the number of people needed.

“Blocks” are periods of time, akin to a shift, when someone is working for you.
