For companies that have simple scheduling needs, there is the ability to publish a rota to your workforce who are able to book work using the Rodeo app. Your workforce will be able to browse, book and manage their work. When you publish the rota, your workforce will receive a notification telling them work is available. They then apply and you review who you want. All worker comms are in they app and everyone has full visibility at all times.
For businesses who engage a self-employed workforce, scheduling can be linked up with payments for a seamless end-to-end experience.
