Welcome to Rodeo

Your career will shape your life. Choose wisely.

Your happiness. The people you spend time with. The holidays you take. Where you live. The house you come home to. Your career shapes all of it but working out your options and choosing a direction is hard, particularly if you’re right at the beginning of your journey.

The world is changing faster than ever. Finding the right job has never been harder.

AI is transforming the jobs market . The number of applications is exploding and many look suspiciously similar. The flood of applications has forced companies to shut down job postings in days rather than weeks and automate their initial screening process entirely. Job titles are inconsistent and confusing. Employers are looking for new skills but this is often poorly understood. Traditional roles are becoming obsolete and new ones are being created. Traditional job boards are stuck in the past and littered with fake job postings. We are building Rodeo to tackle these problems.

Rodeo is an intelligent, personalised career guide helping you take control.

Use Rodeo to explore your career options, find roles that truly suit you and present your best self through the application process. Whether you are just curious and exploring your options or looking to start work right away, Rodeo listens to you and learns what you want before helping you navigate a path through your next job and beyond. Rodeo reviews your CV and listens to what you want from your career. You can ask for guidance and judgement-free advice to help with difficult decisions.

Find the perfect job

Once you have a clear idea of what you want to do, the next step is to start finding the right opportunities.
