Rodeo is built to help anyone who is working or looking for a job in the UK, whether you are actively searching right now or planning your next move. We are focussed on the UK only for now as this allows us to specialise in a deep understanding of the jobs market.
Yes. We use AI to help:
  • Analyse and summarise your CV and experience
  • Identify potential career paths and roles you may be a fit for
  • Engage with you via our AI powered agent
  • Draft and improve application materials (CV bullets, cover letters, interview answers)
You stay in control. You can edit everything, and we will not share your information with an employer without your explicit consent.
We source hundreds of thousands of jobs directly from company pages. We check job postings and update them daily to try to ensure that only genuine, live jobs from real companies are included.
No. Rodeo helps you get organised, prepare strong applications, and apply with confidence. There are some tools out there that will promise to apply on your behalf - we do not think this is good for you or the jobs market. Automated applications are often poor quality and easy to identify.
Rodeo is free for candidates. We believe finding a job is hard enough without paying for basic tools.
We are building Rodeo so it works for candidates first, and we will always be transparent about how we operate. We are currently focussed on reaching scale. In the future we may monetise the product by charging businesses for verified applications.
We take data security seriously. Your personal data is stored securely and only shared with companies if you explicitly consent. You can update or delete your information at any time.
