“Uni, apprenticeship, or something else?”

Everyone’s telling you something different. Your teachers are pushing UCAS, your parents have opinions, and the people who actually chose apprenticeships or gap years aren’t the ones giving the careers talks.

How Rodeo helps

Your agent starts with a conversation about what you actually want — how you like to learn, what you’d enjoy doing day-to-day, what your financial situation looks like. From that, it lays out the routes that genuinely fit you (with the trade-offs honestly named) rather than defaulting to “go to uni."

"I want an apprenticeship but I don’t know which ones I’d have a shot at.”

You’ve decided you’d rather learn on the job than rack up debt. But apprenticeship listings are scattered across dozens of sites, the applications are fiddly, and you’re not sure which ones are realistic.

How Rodeo helps

Your agent surfaces live apprenticeship openings that fit your profile, explains why each one is worth going for, and helps you tailor your application and prep for the interview when you find one you want.

”I’m not going to uni and I don’t know what that looks like.”

You’ve ruled out the university route — cost, not sure what you’d study, or it just isn’t for you — and now you’re staring at the alternative without much of a map.

How Rodeo helps

Your agent builds you a plan that treats “not uni” as a real path, not a fallback. That means apprenticeships, entry-level roles at companies that train, trade routes, self-employment options — matched to what you’re actually into and what you’re good at.
