We are hiring a team of growth ambassadors to take Rodeo to every corner of the UK. Your job is to get the word out about Rodeo and drive sign ups while feeding back any intel to us (good or bad!) so we can keep improving. You will be paid based on the number of people who sign up using your referral code.

Our product is built for people navigating the messy early years of their career. We’re looking for Growth Ambassadors who can help us reach them — wherever they are. You don’t need to be a student. You don’t need a marketing degree. You need to understand how young people actually talk, scroll, and make decisions — and have the hustle to turn that into growth.

What you’ll do

  • Drive signups. Get people onto Rodeo and into our waitlist cohorts so we can launch communities with real momentum.
  • Feed us intel. Tell us what’s landing, what’s flopping, what 22-year-olds are actually saying about jobs right now. You’re our ear to the ground.
  • Own a community. That might be a university, a city, a subreddit, a Discord, a TikTok niche, a sports club — wherever young people you know hang out.
  • Make content that doesn’t suck. Short-form video, memes, culture-native posts. We want stuff that sounds like you, not like a LinkedIn recruiter.

Who we’re looking for

  • You’re a self-starter who doesn’t need to be told what to do.
  • You’ve got ideas of your own on how to grow Rodeo and the gumption to try them.
  • You’re direct, fast and you have boundless energy.
  • You’re excited about AI and what it means for the world.
  • You understand what makes people tick and how to get your point across.
  • Ideally, you are part of an existing community - a sports team, a society, a whatsapp group, or maybe you’re just a social butterfly - that you can tap into quickly and easily.

How you get paid

Simple: you get paid for every person you bring to Rodeo.
  • You’ll get a unique referral link to share wherever you want - a TikTok bio, group chats, campus posters, Discord, you name it.
  • Every signup through your link = money in your pocket.
  • The more people you bring in, the more you earn. No cap, no shifts, no timesheets.
This isn’t a salary. It’s a performance game — built for people who can actually move a crowd.
