They sign up and complete onboarding

Your friend creates an account, uploads their CV, and finishes the onboarding call.You can track the progress of your referrals anytime on the referrals page of your profile.

You get paid

Once they’ve completed onboarding, your reward is queued for the next weekly payout made every Monday.

Terms of use

Referrals must be genuineA few things to keep in mind:
  • One account per person. Creating multiple accounts to generate referral rewards isn’t allowed and will result in your account being suspended.
  • Real people only. Referring fake or duplicate accounts — including your own — won’t be paid out.
  • No spamming. Mass-posting your link in irrelevant spaces, buying followers to boost reach, or any form of paid promotion without our permission isn’t on.
  • Onboarding must be completed. A referral only counts once the person you referred has finished onboarding — just signing up isn’t enough.
  • We reserve the right to withhold rewards if we suspect abuse or if referrals violate these terms.
