Details
- Workforce name: enter a name for your workforce.
- Location: select the location where this workforce will operate.
- Description: add any other information about the role, as you would in a job description.
- Min. fees / Max. fees: Enter the minimum and maximum fees.
- Rate: Set the pay rate (per hour, day, month, or year).

Requirements
- Add any requirements that people must meet in order to apply.
- Verified identity and Right to Work (UK) are default and mandatory.
- This section is fully customisable but the following requirements are standard: drivers license, NI number, proof of address, minimum age, bank details, UTR number, DBS (background check) and vehicle insurance.
- If you have vehicle requirements you can also add those here. Options include: bicycle, car, cargo bike, van and motorbike.

Onboarding
- Choose the onboarding tasks applicants will be expected to complete before they are added to the workforce. Options include:
- Phone/video call
- Online training
- On-site training
- Toxicology test
- Sign contract

Confirm details
- Click “Confirm and publish” to finish.
- This publishes the workforce allowing people to apply.
