Workers apply for Blocks using the Rodeo app and it’s up to you to choose who you want to work for you. When a worker applies, they will appear on the applicants page.

How it works

Find the worker

Select the worker to open the side panel on the right of the screen.

Review the requirements

The side panel shows the requirements of the fleet and the documents the worker has uploaded to meet them. Rodeo pre-approves them but you can also check them for your own records, if you want.

Accept the worker

Click the orange button with the tick to accept them into your fleet. The worker will receive a notification.
