Once a Block is posted, it will appear in the Rodeo app and workers will be able to apply. Blocks are posted to a specific workforce so only people from the workforce selected will be able to apply to book a block.
Posting blocks at least a day in advance will give the best chance of it being booked.

How it works

Post a block

From the menu on the left hand side of the screen, select Post block and follow the flow as follows:
Select the workforce you want to post blocks to. Only people in this workforce will be able to book blocks.
The time you want them to begin working. This must be at least 1 hour from the current time.
The time you want them to stop working. This must be at least 2 hours beyond the Start time.
The hourly fee you are offering
The fee per drop you are offering, in addition to the hourly fee.
If you are offering a drop fee, you must complete this field to give workers an estimate of the total fee they can expect to receive.
The number of workers you need.

Auto accept

This step shows a list of your Fleet members and lets you select who you want to be automatically accepted should they apply.It is not necessary to select anyone.It’s first come first served, so the first person to apply who has been selected for auto accept will get the Block.

Confirmation

This step is a summary of the Block you are about to post and also gives you the choice to repeat the block on multiple days by selecting the check box near the buttons on the form.
